Now this is a FUN property!  Located on a large lot with 200 feet of frontage on Thayer Lake.  This home comes with a private dock, paddle boat on a sandy beach, a hot tub directly facing the lake, and an outdoor cabana with a bar and grill; which allows for seating/entertaining under the stars, but less the bugs (when you drop the sides down).

Boating?  Use the paddle boat that come with the home AND use the boat slip that also comes with this property, located 1/2 mile north of the property across from the Dockside.  You can boat Torch, Clam, Lake Bellaire and Torch River from this slip!

Can you imagine having anymore boating fun?!

Home Details:

The main floor of this home has a HUGE kitchen that's fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, seperate dining area with a table and 8 chairs, small indoor bar with an additional 4 stools, one large bedroom with a full size bed and the second bedroom has a king size bed in it.  A full bathroom is located on the main floor (linens are included for your convenience), as well as another 1/2 bath with a stackable washer and dryer.  The living room is large and roomy and allows for 2 queen size air beds (beds and linens are already at the house).  

The upstairs has another bedroom with two twin beds in it, as well as a private bathroom.  Watch the stairway.......as it will spiral up and down!

Seasonal Rates 2010:

May 22 - June 19th $1050.00/week   $450.00 2 nights, $525.00 3 nights

June 19 - August 21st $1500.00/week  (Saturday to Saturday)

August 21st - September 25th $1200.00/week $675.00/2 nts, $825.00/3 nts

Off-Season Rates, 2010:

Weekly $900.00   $ 450.00/2 nights, $525.00 3 nights

Boat Rentals:

Pontoon, jetski's, fishing boats, power boats, dingy's, kayaks, and water trampolines are also available to rent.  Ask our concierge for pricing and availability!
