"Water Fun" on Private Lake with Boats a slip and Hot Tub! in Torch Lake

Now this is a FUN property!  Located on a large lot with 200 feet of frontage on Thayer Lake.  This home comes with a private dock, row boat, paddle boat, sandy beach, a hot tub directly facing the lake, and an outdoor cabana with a bar and grill; which allows for seating/entertaining under the stars, but less the bugs (when you drop the sides down).

Boating?  Use the boats that come with the home AND use the boat slip that also comes with this property, located 1/2 mile north of the property across from the Dockside.  You can boat Torch, Clam, Lake Bellaire and Torch River from this slip!

Can you imagine having anymore boating fun?!  

Home Details:

The main floor of this home has a HUGE kitchen that's fully stocked for all of your cooking needs, seperate dining area with a table and 8 chairs, small indoor bar with an additional 4 stools, one large bedroom with a full size bed and the second bedroom has a king size bed in it.  A full bathroom is located on the main floor (linens are included for your convenience), as well as another 1/2 bath with a stackable washer and dryer.  The living room is large and roomy and allows for 2 queen size air beds (beds and linens are already at the house).  

The upstairs has another bedroom with two twin beds in it, as well as a private bathroom.  Watch the stairway.......as it will spiral up and down!

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested.  So, take advantage of our full service concierge and let us do all the work for you!

The area hosts many activities; including Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Micheal Moore's Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino's, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at Interlochen and the Opera House; you're certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jetski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you'll want to tell your friends and family about (as you're looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

June 19 - August 21st $2100.00/week  (Saturday to Saturday)

Off-Season Rates 2009/2010:

Weekly $900.00   $ 450.00/2 nights, $525.00 3 nights

Boat Rentals:
