Affordable/Elegant Makaha Condo in Makaha

An elegant, competely re-modeled one bedroom condo with spectacular
mountain views on one side and ocean views on the other. Awaken to
the sound and sights of the various birds and peacocks on the
property. This condo is in a 24/7 guard gated community. The local
beaches -- imagine, NO CROWDS! -- are less than a mile away. Makaha
has stunning walking trails along with some of the best beaches to
be
found in Oahu. Makaha is only 1 hour from Waikiki by car. The
private coves at Ko Olina and the famous Roy's Restaurant are only
25
minutes away as is a water park, shopping center, and other
excellent
restaurants. For golf lovers, we are next to two great golf
courses, both of which have nice bars and restaurants. If you are a
beach lover, the beaches here offer you clean white sand and lovely
ocean waves, excellent for kayaking, snorkeling and swimming. There
is a rental store across from the local 7-11 which is within the 1
mile distance to the beach. In the evenings, the most beautiful
sunsets you will ever see await you!

Our furnished condo has recently been remodeled and is one of
the most elegant condos in this complex. The bedroom has a queen
size bed, a dresser, an armoire and a TV/DVD unit. The hallway
leading from the bedroom to the bathroom, has sliding glass door
closets for storage. There is a desk in this
hallway giving you room to set up your computer if you wish. The
large bathroom has a marble vanity, spacious closets for
all your storage needs and a bathtub/shower.
The living room is furnished with a queen sofa sleeper,leather love
seat, TV, an
attractive dining table for 6 which when not in use, can be folded
to
a secretary desk size. In the kitchen, you will find new
appliances,
including a microwave, oven range, dishwasher, coffermaker,
refrigerator, china and silverware for 6, cooking pots and utensils,
to name a few. The kitchen counter can be used for an eating area
by
using the dinning chairs as bar stools. PLEASE NOTE: There is no
daily maid service and you are responsible for cleaning up after
yourselves.

Offered on site is an inviting swimming pool and large BBQ
facilities. Nearby, you will find marine sports, hiking,
golf,fishing, Luaus, shopping, restaurants to name a few. A sea park
is only 25 minutes away along with the most beautiful private coves
and the famous Roy's Restaurant at Ko Olina. Old time town of
Haleiwa (famous for shaved ice @ Matsumoya & Giovanni's garlic
shrimp) is on the North Shore which can be reached via a beautiful
and scenic drive in an hour.

Rental is weekly or monthly. A cleaning fee is required upon
rental. $400-$550.00 a week.
