"East Beach House" is open for winter activities! in Traverse City

This Beach House features one of the BEST beaches around!  Located directly on East Bay, your beach area really spans about 600 feet (can you imagine!).  All you hear from your beach, or sun deck are the breaking waves of the water.  All you see are the boats with their colorful sails gracefully pass, the joy of parasailers and the thrill seeking jetskiers spraying water while cruising by.  Ahhhhh.....

The location of this home is also ideal!  You are a short distance to shopping, dining, mini golfing and adventure parks...but why leave your beach, right?!

This home will have a private dock (metal) for your boat(s) for summer 2011.  So, bring your boat, or rent them from us....and have that waterfront vacation that you`ve worked all year for!

This home rents on a weekly basis from Sunday  - Sunday during peak summer weeks.

This home is 6.85 miles, from the Horse Shows By the Bay at Flintfield Park.

Interior:

The Beach House is a ranch style home that has room to roam!  Featuring 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom that houses a king bed, a private full bath, as well as a private entrance and deck; the second bedroom has two full size beds; the third bedroom features two twin size beds.  Another full bathroom is located across the hallway, and all of your linens are provided for your convenience, as well as a large laundry room with a brand new full size washer and dryer!  There is an additional 1/2 bathroom off of the laundry room as well. 

The livingroom has large picture windows that capture both the natural sunlight and the beauty of the bay.  It has a large brick fireplace, as well as two brand new sofa sleeper for additional sleeping.  These sleepers have what they call an "air bed system"; therefore, when you open up the sleepers...you plug them in, and with a remote control you hit the button that says "inflate" and the air mattresses fill!  These are the new wave of sleepers....and no more bars in your back.  There is an additional livingroom that is surrounded by glass windows on three walls...a great place for reading a book or putting together that 1000 piece puzzle.  The diningroom has a new table and chairs that are bistro height, yet seats a good size group.  The large kitchen has lots of storage, and is fully stocked and ready to be used.  There is also a breakfast room table and chairs for 4 people in the kitchen area as well.

I didn`t mention a few things yet.... Yes!  It does have cable, Wifi, and air conditioning.

Exterior:

Aside from the wonderful sandy beach...you have a new gas grill (and a back up tank of propane) a sun deck for sun bathing, and a nice yard with an irrigation system to play in.

Additional services that may be added would be a personal chef, daily (or every 2 days) housekeeping/turn down service, transportation/limousine, private spa services at the home, yacht rentals, and/or any additional services requested.

The area hosts many activities; including the National Cherry Festival and other local festivals, Michael Moore`s Film Festival, arts and craft shows, concerts in the park, casino`s, wineries, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes (a must), performances at the widely acclaimed Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Opera House; you`re certain to stay busy.

Enjoy fishing charter boats, catamaran sunset cruises, parasailing (for those who are brave), jet ski rentals, hot air balloon rides, our local markets, cherry picking (and other fruits depending upon the season), and hiking trails.

Looking to golf? Perfect area for that! Fantastic golf courses surround Traverse City. Fishing? Look no further. Shopping? How about a large mall, outlet mall, and amazing local shops to find that special treasure. The dining is also fabulous, and we have amazing local chefs that prepare meals that you`ll want to tell your friends and family about (as you`re looking out at the reflection of the water, or dining by sunset).

2013 Rates:

May 20 - June 16 $2,100.00 week, $850.00 2 nights

June 16 - August 18  $3300.00/week (Sunday to Sunday)

August 19 - September 22 $2,400.00 week, $800.00 2 nights
