Interior:

This Suite Condo is an air conditioned end unit, two story condo featuring three bedrooms and one and a half baths. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, huge double closet, it`s own private balcony and a plasma TV!   A second bedroom can be found in the Victorian style Turret (or tower).  It has a queen size bed and lovely park and Bay views.    The third bedroom offers a full size bed and is connected to the full bath.   Additional sleeping is available in the living room on the queen size memory foam sofa sleeper!  This unit is perfect for a family, a weekend getaway for the girls (or the boys) or just a fun vacation for friends.  The location is also just right for that romantic getaway!   All linens are graciously provided!

The open floor plan of the main level hosts a living room area with a new queen sleeper sofa, a 40" plasma TV,  large dining room table and chairs with seating for 6, powder room and a mini bar/butlers pantry.

Enjoy the gourmet kitchen and snack bar that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster; as well as the other cookware making your condo feel like home. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience; in addition to free wireless internet.

Large  and plentiful windows provide that wonderful sunlight to start your morning, as you enjoy your first cups of coffee on the patio. Or unwind to a sunset while sipping local wines or a BBQ before taking advantage of the night life Traverse City has to offer just a beautiful few minute stroll away.    An individual parking pass is provided to you for your private spot. Additional passes for your guests are also included.
