Available is a 2BR/1.5BA newly renovated condo unit,  completelly furnished and conviniently located on Kuhio Avenue.  The third floor unit is serviced by an elevator and has easy handicap access.  A lanai, which runs alongside the length of the unit is accessible through double sliding glass door from the bedroom and also through the living room door and affords a nice view of the mountains and some of the activities on Kuhio Avenue.   The unit is perfectly situated a few steps away from entertainment, dining, shopping and the famous Waikiki Beach!  The famous "Da Bus" stops a few feet from the Kuhio Plaza complex which serves most all of the island for a $2.25 for adults, $1.00 for Seniors (65) and students transferrable fare.

The sizeable kitchen has all the needed appliances.  The new double door refrigerator has a convenient in-door water and ice dispenser.  The kitchen has easy care counter tops and flat surface vented stove.

Each bedroom has new queen size beds for your sleeping comfort and spacious closets.  The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with extra space for your luggage and shpping items.

All rooms are equipped with large ceiling fans for your comfort.

The central bath has a full size shower complete with towels and the other toiletries.

Internet access is available.

There is a coin operated wash and dryer in the hall next to the unit for your convinience.

Quiet, convenient, and easily accessible to any of the many markets or convenient stores for all of your needs.  The famous Waikiki Beach is visible from the Plaza intersection and brief moments from your water pleasure.  There are numerous food courts and dining outlets up and down the avenue. 

The zoo is just minutes from the Plaza by walking or taking "The Bus".  Shopping is a dream at the International Market nearby on Kuhio Avenue, and there are numerous stores up and down the Avenue.  The Polynesian Cultlure Center is one not to miss.  The War Memorial Arizona along with the other military memorials.

The Grand Island tour takes you around the entire island stopping at the famous Dole's Center.

There are submarine tours, helicopter tours, para-gliding, scuba diving, gass bottom boat rides, surfing lessons, catamarin trips, etc.  Everything for the active or interested visitor.

Additional fees:

$90 - one time cleaning fee (applies only to short term stay)

$75 - key deposit which is refundable when keys are returned.

$200- security/damage fee which is refundable after checking the room for any damage and/or loss of inventory or breakage. 

There is a $200 reservation fee required to reserve the unit.  The entire rental fee must be paid in full 20 days prior to arrival.  

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12nn.

Rate during Peak Season: (November 15 till March 15)

$160/night, $1120 week/ $ 2750 month Plus 12.9 percent tax
