Visit Honolulu, Hawaii, O'ahu, known as the Heart of Hawaii and enjoy the pleasures of the world famous Waikiki Beach.

Welcome to our lovely 2BR/1.5 BA newly renovated and well maintained condo unit, over 973 sq/ft space, completely furnished.  It is conveniently located on Kuhio Avenue at Uluniu Avenue (the street to the beach).  The third floor unit (second from the main lobby) is serviced by an elevator and has easy handicap access.  A lanai, which runs along side the length of the unit is accessible through a double sliding glass door from the master bedroom and also through the living room door.  The lanai affords a nice view of the mountains and one can see some of the activities on Kuhio Avenue.   The unit is perfectly situated a few steps away from entertainment, dining, shopping and the famous Waikiki Beach!  The famous and most efficient island transportation "The Bus" stops a few feet from the Kuhio Plaza complex which serves most all of the island for a fare of $2.50 for adults, $1.00 for Seniors (65) and students.  All fares allow for one transfer at no additional cost.  While island transportation is readily available every 10 minutes or less, our unit has an available parking space for a nominal $8.00 per day.  Free Off street parking is available along Ala Wai Blvd.

The sizeable kitchen has all the needed appliances, cookware, and dinnerware.  The new double door refrigerator has a convenient in-door water and ice dispenser.  The kitchen has easy care counter tops and a flat surface vented stove.  It is equipped with everything you need to be able to enjoy preparing your meals or even just to heat up the food you bring home from the nearby restaurants.

The living room is equipped with a lovely bamboo sofa and cushioned chairs.   There is a new flat screen LCD wall mounted TV plus a new DVD player for your additional entertainment.   The roomy kitchen work area and bar is openly exposed to the living room for visiting guests while preparing food or drinks. 

Each bedroom has a new queen size bed for your sleeping comfort and spacious closets.  The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with extra space for your luggage and shopping items.  The guest bedroom has double-mirrored doors for your ease of arranging your appearance.  The two bedrooms are equipped with AC units and also large ceiling fans for your sleeping comfort.  There is also a comfy queen size sofa bed in the living room that can used to accommodate two additional adult guests and it, too, has large ceiling fan for your comfort. 

The central bath has a full size shower with sliding glass doors complete with towels and toiletries.

Clearwire Internet access is provided thru wireless mode thruout the unit.  FREE!

There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the hallway next to the unit for your convenience. 

The unit is convenient and easily accessible to any of the many markets or convenient stores for all of your needs.  The famous Waikiki Beach is visible from the Kuhio Plaza/Uluniu intersection and is a mere 300 paces to the sand.  Various water mattresses, surfing and beach water boards and devices are available at the many ABC stores on almost every corner in Waikiki Beach.  (They will also inflate your beach and water air mattresses.)

Be sure to pick up a "free" activities magazine for the week of your arrival, which contains many coupons and free gifts at the various tours, excursions, shops, and stores.  A few of the sights to see is the zoo is just minutes from the Plaza by walking or taking "The Bus".  There is also a water park within walking distance for your exercise.  Shopping is a dream at the International Market a couple of blocks nearby on Kuhio Avenue, and there are numerous stores up and down the Avenue.  The Polynesian Culture Center is a most popular tour one not to miss.  The War Memorial Arizona along with many other military memorials are also some of the main attractions.  The Grand Island tour takes you around the entire island stopping at the famous Dole's Center along with other scenic locations.

There are submarine tours, helicopter tours, para gliding, scuba diving, glass bottom boat rides, surfing lessons, catamaran trips, etc.  Everything for the active or interested visitor.

Additional fees:

$125.00 - after rent cleaning fee

$75 - key deposit which is refundable when keys are returned in full set.

$200- security/damage fee which is refundable after checking the room for any damage and/or loss of inventory or breakage. 

Deposits are processed within 48hours after check out.
