• WEEKLY RATE IS MINIMUM FOR ANY STAY. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT WEEKEND RATES.
• $600 deposit due at time of booking will be held as security against damages during stay ($1,000 for monthly stay).
• Full rate + 12.5% tax + $125 cleaning fee due 30 days prior to check-in.
• Check-in 4:00 PM EST; Check-out 11:00 AM EST
• Higher rates apply for weekly stays during holidays & lobster mini-season.
• Discounted rates are available for long-term stays (min. 2 months) & repeat guests. Please inquire.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail or fax. Any cancellation made within 30 days of check-in (60 days for monthly stays) will result in forfeiture of Deposit.
