All of this, including tremendous night life, is within walking distance of the studio! 

"Susy's beach getaway"  is located at the Art Deco Shelborne Beach Resort, 1801 Collins avenue. The resort has a beautiful pool, an indoor/outdoor restaurant, bars, a gym, two jacuzzis, a concierge, and even film studios. Movies and TV shows are frequently filmed at the Shelborne

 The studio is nicely furnished and has two very comfortable Queen size beds that sleep up to 4 (one of the few with that distinction!)  The studio is available for short term vacation rentals throughout the year.
