Lake and Volcano View Home in Lake Arenal

Beautiful Lake/ Volcano view home with almost 3000 sqft. The house has perfect views of Lake/ Volcano Arenal, Mirivalles/ Tenorio Volcanos, Monteverde Mountain range, Lake Nicaragua, Ometepe and sits on a 7.5 acre lot inside of Bella Vista Estates a 200 acre eco-development. The house a has large master bedroom with a top of the line pillow top king bed and large master bath. The other three bedrooms, one has a double, the other has a double twin trundle bed and the fourth a couch daybed and a double air mattress. The house also has full office and wireless through out the house, satellite TV, 24/7 security with guard house, a full size gym ( the only real gym on the lake) a sitting pool, all stainless steel appliances, two fire places 1000 sqft viewing deck and an outside kitchen. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment and another 3/3 house available if more room is needed.

We have 5 horses and more than 3 kil of trails within the estates and 100's outside. The gardeners will bring up fresh goats milk, vegetables and eggs daily from our farm and you will see about every form of wildlife from our 1000 sqft viewing deck. You can hang out in the sitting pool or deck and watch the Arenal Volcano erupt and the lava flow at night.

At Bella Vista you can truly enjoy all that nature offers only 6 miles from town and close to many of Costa Rica’s most exciting attractions: Lake Arenal is known as one of the best wind surfing/ wake boarding areas in the world, as well as having some of the best freshwater fishing in Central America; within 30 km of Bella Vista is the renowned Tabacon Hot Springs; and close by are other amazing activities such as canopy tours, white water rafting, canoeing, ATV tours, horseback riding, and casinos.
