Vacation Rental Description

Our brand new executive villa has been custom built and will be ready  
to rent from August 2004 
 
The luxuriously furnished villa will have 5 bedrooms (2 en-suite  
master bedroom), 3 bathrooms and an over-sized private screened  
heated pool and SPA. There is a sofa bed situated in the family room  
that sleeps an additional 2 persons if required. It will comfortably  
accommodate up to 12 people. It will be fully air conditioned  
throughout and will have everything you need to provide the freedom  
and versatility you want on your holiday. 
 
Cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player, XBOX in living area. Separate  
dining area and breakfast nook in fully-equipped kitchen.  
 
30’x 15’ heated private pool has been extended to give you extra  
enjoyment. There is also an 8 feet diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath  
for the ultimate in relaxation.  It is fully screened to keep the  
bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The stunning extended deck is  
one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region.  
It gives a feeling of tranquility and  
peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is  
provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

Vacation Rental Amenities

5 BEDROOMS: 
There is cable TV in 3 of the 5 bedroom. Radio Alarms are provided in  
three of the bedrooms. 
-- 1 master bedroom with a king bed (en-suite) 
-- 1 master bedroom with queen bed (en-suite) 
-- 2 twin or 1 king, 2 twin or 1 king and two twin beds bedroom share  
a bathroom. 
 
3 BATHROOMS: 
Hairdryers will be supplied in all bathrooms. All bed linen and  
towels are provided. But we would ask our guests to bring their own  
beach towels.

-- 1 family bathroom between the two twin bedrooms

Activities and Attractions

Silver Creek is an ideal location for all of the top attractions.  It  
is approximately 10 minutes away from Disney World and MGM Studios  
and approximately 15-25 minutes drive from Sea world and Universal  
Studios. The Florida shopping mall is just 25 minutes drive and there  
are other numerous shopping outlets, all within easy reach.  You will  
be spoiled for choice! Within a five minute driving there is Winn- 
Dixie, Publix supermarket and other shopping outlets. There are Super  
Target, K-mart, Walmart within 20 minutes driving. Orlando  
international airport is about 40 minutes drive away.

Jun,Jul,Aug:          $750-$950 per week 
Holiday:              $750-$1095 per week

Pool heater, Internet are available at extra cost. 
 
Rentals of less than 7 days may be subject to a cleaning charge of  
£50/$90 (depends on the availability)
