Spacious two bedroom, two bath, OCEANFRONT condo with a private balcony. This 7th floor condo is fully equipped for comfort and has new furnishings. This impeccably maintained, luxury oceanfront condo complex, "The Empress", is located in Jensen Beach, Florida on Hutchinson Island.

From your balcony you have unobstructed views to the north and south for miles, and beautiful sunrises to watch as you drink your morning coffee. Relax...listen to the waves, watch the dolphins and sea birds. The Atlantic Ocean is just steps away... you can walk the beach for miles or lounge by the pool with an ocean view.

This comfortable and spacious condo features all the comforts of home and more. This newly furnished condo is tastefully decorated, has central air conditioning / heating, a utility room with a washer/dryer and room for storage, cable TV, and local telephone service.

Master Suite has a queen size bed with views of the ocean and morning sunrise, walk-in closet and a 2nd closet, and cable TV. The master bath has a luxury size tub, large walk-in shower, and double sinks. Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and separate full bathroom, all of which can be closed off for more privacy. All new linens and towels are included.

The living room has a queen sleep sofa for additional guests, love seat and ottoman, an entertainment center with cable TV, DVD & CD stereo, and a surround sound system. The living room opens to the dining area where the high-top table seats up to 8.

There is a full kitchen with new dishwasher, microwave, etc. It is equipped with dishes, glassware, cookware, and lots of cabinet space. There is a kitchenette area adjoining the kitchen with views of sunset over the Indian River.

We have beach towels, beach chairs, rafts, boogie boards, and more for your convenience.

Additional amenities onsite: private walkway to beach; heated swimming pool and hot tub; outdoor heated showers; tennis courts; exercise room with modern equipment, weights and TV; his and her sauna and locker rooms; pool table and ping pong rooms; large lobby with sitting area; and an ocean view community area with a piano, card room, bar, and full kitchen. A gas grill is available for all tenants and there is a fish cleaning table.

The Empress is a secure community with a keyed front gate to the parking lot (plenty of parking), and all common areas have key access only. The Empress is extremely well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. The Empress Community is friendly and host many community events during the winter season.

In addition to lounging by the pool or playing on the beach, there are lots of recreational activities nearby to enjoy. These include:

Golf, tennis, fishing of all kinds, snorkeling, scuba, boating, wind surfing, water skiing, swimming, parks, dining (lots of great restaurants), bicycling, shopping, baseball, and wildlife exploring. The St. Lucie and Indian rivers are just a short distance away. Several botanic gardens are within an hours drive.

Additional Local Activities and Attractions include:

Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Kennedy Space Center are all within a two-hour drive. Lake Okeechobee is only an hour away. There are great flea markets in nearby Historic Stuart and Vero Beach. The Treasure Coast Mall is in Jensen Beach (only 10 minutes away). The Tanger Outlet Mall in Vero Beach is about 45 minutes away.

The little town of Jensen Beach is secluded yet close to everything. The downtown area is quant and has a variety of gift shops and restaurants to enjoy.

Minimum stay is TWO MONTHS per condo association rules.

All rates are subject to 11.5% tax (state & local), and a cleaning ($100) and application fee ($100).

25% Deposit required at time of booking to lock in your time period (non-refundable unless we can re-rent for that time period).

Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy.

A security deposit of $800 is required to cover any damages and electric usage at the end of your rental period. Any funds not used will be refunded.

NO pets, NO smoking.

Condo is available for ANNUAL RENTAL: $1,800 per month plus utilities, w/one year lease.
