We have been fortunate to have repeat couples, families and Snowbirds over the last 4 years. We would love for you to pick our clean and cozy home as your winter get-away this year!

Two storey house, approx. 1500 sq ft built in 2006. Fully furnished and equipped. One bedroom on main level.

Main floor has a sitting room, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, 1/2 bath plus bedroom with queen-sized bed. 

The upper level has another living room, two full bathrooms (one is an ensuite) and two bedrooms. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a king sized bed and the other bedroom has a twin/double bunkbed. All beds have brand new pillow-top mattresses.

Located in the quiet neighbourhood of Morning Sun Farms. 

The backyard is fully complete with putting greens, sandbox, firetable and patio furniture. Close to 24 hour Wal-Mart. View of superstition mountains.

Plenty of living space! Kids welcome...we have some toys there already and there is a sand box in the back yard! When you are done their is no cleaning because that is done for you.

NO SMOKING or pets please.

45 minutes from Phoenix SkyHarbour Airport- Supershuttle can provide transportation for $47 for the first person and $7 each additional person. Kids 4 and under are free.

April-May: $1750/month 

June-August:  $1200/month

September-December: $1300 month

$500 USD damage deposit (refundable after inspection) plus $100 cleaning fee applies to all rentals.

50% of total cost due to confirm reservation.

45 days prior to arrival the other 50% is to be paid in full.

$200 air-conditioning premium in the summer months.
