Only 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport, you are close to well known Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, but away from the down town area's hussle and bussle. 

Punta Esmeralda is a newly constructed, gated, privately owned residential community.  On 30 acres with 1/2 mile of beach front, the 210 units are well spaced apart.  Few of the owners rent their units, so the complex is serene and enjoyable, not overcrowded like many all-inclusive hotels.
 
The beach is easily accessible and all of Punta Esmeralda is wheel chair friendly.  Every condominium has an elevator and the condominium doors are wide for easy wheel chair access.

Rates from October 31st - December 15th are $365 per night or $2555/week

Rates for December 15th - January 3rd are $465 per night or $3255/week

There is a $100 cleaning fee, 15% occupancy tax and $500 refundable damage deposit
