This 5 year old 1800 sq. ft. executive style vacation home offers great views of the beautiful mountains and is fully furnished and tastefully decorated for your comfort. It features 2 large bedrooms, a den and 2 full bathrooms along with a 2 car garage and a nook for your golf cart.

The home offers a fully equipped kitchen with ample cooking utensils, granite countertops and state of the art appliances, all the essentials for making and enjoying your own meals. The kitchen is open to the dining room and great room with a slider that leads you to a private patio.

The great room features all the comforts of home with recliner sofa’s to enjoy the large flat screen HDTV with a surround sound system, DVD/CD player and Star Choice Satellite system (for you Canadians that need to watch hockey). An electric fireplace in the entertainment center takes the chill off on those cool desert evenings.

The master suite is furnished with a cal-king size bed, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV/DVD player to watch the morning news or fall asleep with your favorite movie. The en-suite bathroom includes two wash basins, vanity, glass shower, an adjacent soaker tub and a large walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser with mirror and full length closet space.

The den offers a sofa sleeper, large closet, computer desk and high speed wireless internet, just bring your lap-top.

The laundry room has a state of the art washer, dryer and a counter with a deep sink.

The covered patio features patio chairs for relaxation and a propane barbeque.

Everything is included, linens, towels, dishes, coffee maker etc. Just bring clothes, swim suit and golf clubs.

Weekly or bi-weekly maid service available for a fee.
