Home comes with 4 TV's with DVD players (Flat Screen in the Living Room has surround system). Dish receiver with DVR for living room & master bedroom (guest bedrooms receive feed from the living room receiver and are view only).

Master bed is a California King, and other bedrooms have trundle beds. There's also a futon available (stored in the garage).

We're located about 3 miles from the Colorado River and the Laughlin Casino's. 

About 5 miles from Kathrine's Landing at Lake Mohave. 

Lake Havasu and the Hoover Dam are both about an hour away (opposite directions).

Las Vegas and Lake Mead are an hour and a half away.

The Grand Canyon and Sedona are also within driving distance, but not sure how far (probably several hours).

$1350 Monthly rate (2 or more months).

Note: June - September add $100 to monthly rental rates to cover A.C. usage.

$100 Cleaning fee (non-refundable).
