Vacation in our fabulous 1,600 sq. ft. "Beach House" sitting on 130
ft. of sandy beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico, walking distance to
the pier, Times Square, dining, shopping and nightlife. Located just
south of the bridge on the island of Fort Myers Beach.


The "Beach House" is newly redecorated in bright airy island motif
featuring a large full kitchen including a disposal, dishwasher and
microwave, and located in a gated neighborhood.

Enjoy dining at the 9 ft. snack bar, or two additional eating areas
with a panoramic view of the sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico
through a full wall of windows! The large living area is furnished with two
sleeper sofas, satellite TV and an additional sitting area to the front of
the house for relaxing. Enough space for the whole family to enjoy. Go
to sleep listening to the lullaby of the lapping waves from the master
bedroom in your king size bed and wake up the the view of your own
private beach. Relax after a day on the beach by taking a Jacuzzi or
shower in the master bathroom. The second full bath is located
centrally to the second bedroom with two full size beds and lots of
closet space. A full size washer /dryer is conveniently located
across the hall from the main bath. The bathrooms have all been remodeled.

Wake up to one of the most beautiful views and spend the day on your
own, private, sand beach. Watch the sunset from your own, private
deck. Walking distance to shops, food, and nightlife. You will not
