The historic town of St. Augustine is located to the north of Ponce Inlet. Kennedy Space Center, and Orlando along with it's attractions such as Disney, Universal and Sea World are located to the south a little over one hour driving distance. Nearby waterfront restaurants, deep sea fishing charters, flats fishing, gambling cruise ship.  Ferry boat to nearby New Smyrna Beach and famous "Flager Avenue". Monthly Rentals Only.

($2,500.00 to $3,500.00 change in base rate based on time of year rental.)

In addition to the above, a 12.5% Florida State and Volusia County Resort Tax applies.

Reservations:

$500.00 security deposit with a signed lease to secure rental.  If cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to stay, security deposit will be returned in full.  The security deposit will be returned within 30 days from end of stay if no damage occurs to unit.

Cleaning fee $150.00 applies.

Method of Payment:

Security: Deposit $500.00/signed lease after booking to secure rental.

Payment: First month rental, payable 30 days prior to arrival.

Last month, (Multi-month stay) payable upon arrival.
