  There is no extra charge for guests visiting for up to one week per guest with at least a monthly rental.

• Monthly Rental Security Deposit is $500. due with signed Rental Application along with Reservation Deposit of 1/2 of monthly rent; due within 7 days of booking.  Balance of remaining 1/2 monthly rent plus any additional weeks or months is due in full 30 days prior to occupancy.

• Weekly rental Security Deposit is $250. due with signed Rental Application along with Reservation Deposit of 1/2 of weekly rent; due within 7 days of booking.  Balance of remaining 1/2 weekly rent due 30 days prior to occupancy.

• Security Deposit will be returned no less than 10 days after vacating property at end of rental, minus any missing or damaged item costs or additional excess cleaning expenses if needed to bring property back to condition it was in when originally occupied.

• Owner Amenities ID. passes for (2) adults, available for $50.  payable to: "The Villages" due and payable with signed Rental Application.

• Cleaning fee of $75.00 per rental stay, due with balance of rent payment 30 days before occupancy.  Additional cleaning services available during stay if desired for an additional fee.
