Close to Mira Mesa and Chula Vista Executive Courses and Hacienda Hills Championship Course (these 3 courses are less than 1 mile of our home.)  The other 35 courses are just a short golf cart ride away.

A fully contained 55 + community, where there are 29 Executive Golf Courses. These courses are primarily par 3 holes with the occasional par 4 or par 5; and 9 Championship Courses.  Golf on Executive courses FREE if walking course, or pay just $3.50 if using golf cart and showing ID card (supplied with rental.)  There are 57 pools for your enjoyment, Sports pools, Adult pools and Family pools.  Also close by there are many Department Stores, Supermarkets, two (2) bowling alleys for your enjoyment along with quaint shops at your disposal for that little something special.  Enjoy dinner at one of the many chain restaurants in the area or Specialty Restaurants around the Squares or at the Championship Golf Courses, most offer specials and have extensive menus; something for everyone's taste. 

Each of the 2 Town Squares, Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing, offer free live entertainment 365 evenings a year and 2 for 1 Happy Hour drinks every night! Two movie Theatres, each with 8 first run movies showing daily along with special shows that are offered at Katie Belle’s and at the Savannah Center and other Recreation centers in The Villages. There is a wide variety of houses of worship, as well as The Villages own hospital and any doctor or specialist you may need.  There are also several libraries all within the community for you to visit.

Rates are for 2 adults.  Owner amenity privileges ID cards for 2 adults per stay and are included in rental; other people staying in rental must acquire guest passes.  Additional guests staying for the term of the contract will be charged a nominal fee.  Contact owner. There is no extra charge for a guest visiting for up to one week with at least a monthly rental.

Rental Policy:

All Monthly or longer rentals require a Security Deposit of $500. due with signed Rental Application. Payment of 1/2 of rent; due 30 days after booking. Balance of remaining 1/2 of rent is due in full 30 days prior to occupancy.  If booking is close to rental date, then all money will be due with signed Rental Application.   A one time non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $80. will be deducted from your Security Deposit before return.  (Optional $49. Insurance Policy can be purchased to waive Security Deposit payment.  If this option is selected then the $80. Cleaning Fee will be due with balance of rent.)  Ask owner about this option.

Weekly rental Security Deposit of $250. is due with signed Rental Application. Payment of 1/2 of weekly rent; due 7 days after booking. Balance of remaining 1/2 of weekly rent is due 30 days prior to occupancy. If booking is close to rental date, then all money will be due with signed Rental Application.  A one time non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $80. will be deducted from your Security Deposit before return. (Optional $49. Insurance Policy can be purchased to waive Security Deposit payment.  If this option is selected then the $80. Cleaning Fee will be due with balance of rent.)  Ask owner about this option.

Security Deposit will be returned no less than 10 days after vacating property at end of rental, minus cleaning fee plus any missing or damaged item costs or additional excess cleaning expenses if needed to bring property back to condition it was in when originally occupied.  (This applies if Optional Insurance Policy is not purchased.)
