minutes away at popular Belleayre Mountain. Very 
private, but easily accessible on 6 acres of open land. Near 
Margaretville, Fleischmanns and Roxbury.1/2 hour from Woodstock, 2 
1/2 hours from NYC. Three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath, fully equipped 
kitchen,microwave,dishwasher,washer and dryer. Cathedral ceiling in 
livingroom with fireplace/woodstove. An enchanting place to be!

Free wireless high speed internet access. Satellite TV. DVD player,VCR player and Stereo. 
Woodstove with glass window for viewing. 
Economical "Monitor" heater for the winter. 
Dishes,pots and pans etc... towels and sheets.

Close to golf courses, tennis courts,lakes, recreation areas and 
pools. Just 5 minutes to Belleayre Mountain for great skiing and 
lake swimming.Under ten minutes to the quaint towns of 
Margaretville, Fleischmann's and Roxbury. Other nearby activities 
include hiking, tubing, fishing and horseback riding and antiquing. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$750-1,050 per week, $400-600 per weekend depending on the season. 
Discount for longer stays are possible. Please add a $50 cleaning 
fee. A fully refundable $300 security deposit is required.
