vacation rental description
"Winter Special" $195/night + taxes + cleaning fee for January & February with min stay of 2 nights. No other specials apply with this special.
"Wilderness Ridge" will not doubt surpass all your expectations in this luxurious 2 story mountain lodge, perched on a ridge with spectacular mountain views year round. "There were so many Oh's and Ah's when we entered and seen what a beautifully decorated cabin we were going to stay in" was the comment from our last guests who stayed with us at Wilderness Ridge.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bath true log cabin is being completely remodeled for your enjoyment and complete relaxation, spending much needed time away with loved ones. Wilderness Ridge exudes luxury and warmth and sleeps 12 very comfortably on one of 4 large king size log beds, adorned with pillow toppers, luxury bedding and lodge style quilts and furnishings.
The newly constructed "great room" is cozy but the happening place of the cabin, set at the opposite end of the cabin away from the bedrooms so the adults can play into the wee hours of the morning and not disturb the kids whatsoever. A third seating area in the cabin around the 22' floor to ceiling stone stacked gas fireplace is cozy, comfortable and inviting to kick off your shoes and relax after a busy day in town. The night lights twinkling on the nearby mountain range can be seen from messanine off the upper floor loft family room. Renovations are still being completed on this cabin.
Wilderness Ridge is 5 miles from the heart of Pigeon Forge and centrally located to all the area attractions between Sevierville and Gatlinburg. for those winter getaways, the paved roads are well travelled and not too steep, but I wouldn't mind getting stuck inside this cabin for an extra night with it's spectacular winter vistas anywhere you look.
For those rainy days of summer, or if you just want to hang with family around the cabin, Wilderness Ridge offers plenty of activities to keep the kids amused with a new slate pool table, air hockey, darts, horse shoes and croquet in the large back yard. Don't forget the newly constructed fire pit for roasting marshmellows or smores before bed. We have a DVD library, numerous board games, wireless high speed internet, or just curl up with a great book in from of one of the 3 gas fireplaces.
Wilderness Ridge has provided a cozy, comfortable stay in the mountains with this truly unique mountain lodge, the rest is up to you to relax and enjoy!!
