1 Bedroom Condo on the Gulf 2-402 in Hudson

This one bedroom one bath condo is located on the the 4th floor of
the beautiful Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club. The view from the private patio has an unobstructed view of the beautiful pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo has a 24 hour manned security front gate, pool, private beach,
elevators, and the fantastic Florida sunsets that can not be put
into words, but must be experienced for ones self!

Just bring your toothbrush, this condo is equipped with everything (with the exception of a washer and dryer Sorry!, HOWEVER, there is a laudromat located on this floor):  DVD player, television, dishwasher, and even a patio set on the private balcony so that you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  The Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club has a 24 hour manned security front access gate, pool, elevators, tennis courts, and even a private beach and nature trail along the gulf!  There is a clubhouse located on the 2nd floor which includes a fitness center (with sauna), a billard room, sitting room (where you would have internet access for that lap top!) and even a dining room with a dance floor.  Many pot luck dinners have been organized here for fun and getting to know your neighbors.

Swimming, golfing, beaches, theme parks (Busch Gardens, Adventure
Island, Disney, Universal, Cypress Gardens, Buccaneer Bay and many
more), boating, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling, cruises,
gambling boats, restraunts, shopping, movie theatre, Tour Downtown
New Port Richey, Tour famous Greek Sponge Docks, See famous Mermaid
show, Florida Aquariam, Museum or visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers,
Lighting or Devil Rays.

February and March (monthly only)      $1800 per month*

January, April, May, Oct, Nov and Dec: $1600 per month* or $400 per week
June, July, Aug, Sept:                           $1400 per month* or $350 per week
                                  *9% Sales tax and $100 clean fee

Cap on electric of $60 for monthly rentals!

Deposits: $500 for the months of January, February, March and April.
                $200 for the months of May through December.
Deposit is applied towards balance due. All monies are due by day of check in!

Cancellations: Deposit minus $25 will be refunded to you with 30 days notice for the months of January, February, March and April and 2 weeks notice for the months of May through December.
