Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this pretigious gated community with 
long walks along a quiet beach, exploring the adjoining State Park by 
bike, fishing along the shore, a few sets of Tennis on our 2 lighted 
courts, and jump in the beachside pool right next door, or just catch 
up on your reading while sunning along the peaceful shore. Plan a 
horseback ride along the coast or simply build castles with the 
children and watch the dolphins play along the blue water and white 
sands of this recently discovered Cape paradise.

Enjoy all the comforts of home and more in this lovely 3 story 
townhome that overlooks the crystal clear Gulf of Mexico from it's 4 
private decks. Whether at the end of a long day in the sun or the 
start of a new one, experience  the unique pleasure of a hot shower 
under the morning sun or evening stars in the very private outdoor 
shower!

The private Master Suite is located on the top floor and is complete 
with a garden tub, sitting area, TV/VCR, and private deck that
