 You will make your own “Beautiful Memories” when you stay at this lovely home.  Home is newly on the rental market starting late Aug 2009 with lots of availability and start up specials.  It starts with an awesome view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the deck, porch, open area and two bedrooms.  In the back yard, there is your own oasis with private pool, attached spa, fenced grass yard, beautiful landscaping and lots of seating in the shade and sun.   If you have your dogs with you, you can let them down the steps from the kitchen where they will be in the large fenced yard, separate from the pool area. 

 From the pool and yard area, you have access to the convenient ground floor ½ bath and outside private shower and outside fish cleaning station and sinks.  At the side of the house is a lovely quiet garden area to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the changing sky at sunset.

 It is a short walk – just over 100 feet to the community beach access walkway where you can walk for miles or just relax near  the water.

 Inside you will find the open main living area, with a wood burning fireplace plus 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  There is a screen porch off of the main floor bedroom and accessible from the open deck off the main living area.   There is a beachside bedroom with queen bed, and bath on the main floor with walkout to screen porch, also accessible from the main open deck.  There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.  Upstairs is the beachside master bedroom, with queen bed with a walkout to a private deck with an awesome view.   It has its own entrance to the bath but a second door, also allows it to be accessed from the hall.   The third bedroom on the second floor has twin beds.

 A circular drive makes this home easy to get into and out with lots of parking if you are bringing your boat.

 For communication, the home has wireless high speed internet access, free unlimited long distance to U.S. and Canada in case your cell phones aren’t working.  In this area, cell phone service is often not available.  Washer/dryer and dishwasher, A/C, of course.  Home has large fenced yard, grill, stereo, cable TV, 4 TV's, inlcuding 53 inch HD TV in Living room, plus  VCR and DVD players, lots of movies, boom box.  Linens and towels are provided.  The golf course is only 5 miles away. 

 We have no high rises in the area and you can walk down the beach and barely see another sole outside of spring and summer peak weeks.  You can leave your chairs and shelter on the beach and ready for you to come back down to it after your refreshing swim in the private pool. 

The beaches are pet-friendly too and were rated #1 pet-friendly beach by K-9 magazine.
