Unique to Havasu. Beautiful view of the lake. Very clean and private house with lots of room to roam (1 1/2 Acres). Bird Sanctuary. Very peaceful. Great for those who enjoy nature. House is very secluded and cannot be seen from street. Very private, no neighbors close by. Beautifully landscaped with over 100 citrus trees, other fruit trees and many other kinds of plants. Looking for snowbirds to rent through the winter. Only 2nd year rental. Dish Network, and Highspeed Internet included. Dogs allowed!!
