We are Platinum Supreme Shareholders at this villa 100+ resort, which is the highest membership level, giving us the best available accommodations and perks to pass along to you, our guests.

When renting from us you get Gold owner's bracelets giving you access to many of the owner's only areas of the resort including 2 fantastic new beaches, Serenity Beach and Harmony Beach, Anja's Lounge for lunch and delivery of International liquor to your Villa.

In addition, we can offer a guaranteed golf cart for our guests. We don't pay extra for the golf cart, so you don't pay extra.

The all-inclusive for the gold owner's bracelet is $67.50/person/day. Children 3-12 are half-price and under 3 are free.

PLEASE NOTE: The all-inclusive increased to $85.00/person/day, but when renting from us you get 2011's all-inclusive rates, saving you hundreds of dollars!

ALSO - We're actually TRIPLE SHAREHOLDERS at the resort, so when you rent from us you get only the best. Don't book a Villa at this resort anywhere else unless you get the LOW ALL-INCLUSIVE, THE FREE GOLF CART AND THE GOLD OWNER'S BRACELET AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!

We have no minimum nights stay requirement and you can check-in and check-out any day of the week. If you wish to stay fewer or more nights than 1 week, simply pro-rate the cost per night.

Presidential Suites include a modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of these rooms has a King size bed, the other room has two Queen beds and there's a Queen Murphy bed contained in the large living area. There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a jacuzzi tub and a 1/2 bath.  This accommodation has a maximum occupancy of 8 persons. These units are truly presidential! Sleek, modern and very exclusive.

There are 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas available. The 3 bedroom villas rent for $1,198/week in regular season and $1,398 in high season. Add $200 for each added bedroom for all seasons.  Email for Holiday rates as these change based on popularity.

Although the Villas are the most demanded accommodations, there are many other units that are very nice, yet extremely budget minded.  A Jr Suite is only $498 per week low season/$698 high season.  A 1 Bedroom Apartment is $598 low season/$798 high season, a 2 Bedroom Apartment is $698 low season/$898 high season and a beautiful 2 Bedroom Penthouse is $798 low season/$998 high season, an Adults Only Spa Suite is $598 low season/$798 high season, and a Presidential Suite is $1098 low season/$1298 high season.  Again, email for Holiday rates.

In addition to the accommodation fee paid to us, there is a mandatory all-inclusive fee that is paid directly to the resort at check-in.  The rate varies between $47.50/person/day and $67.50/person/day depending on your accommodation type.  Children 3-12 are 1/2 price, under 3 is free.  REMEMBER, THESE ARE REDUCED ALL-INCLUSIVE RATES THAT YOU GET ONLY WHEN RENTING THROUGH US.  OTHER GUESTS ARE PAYING THE NEW 2012 RATE OF $50-$75/PERSON/DAY.

Yes, our availability calendar is correct. If the villas are booked we can get you into various alternative units at the resort, including the elegant Presidential Suites. We have 3, 4, 5 & 6 Bedroom Villas available various weeks Dec thru Mar and from April 6th onward The Villas are only available to owners over Christmas/New Year's, but we do still have four 2 Bedroom Presidential Suites available for the 2013/14 Holidays!!
