Bay View Home at Ventura Captiva - pool and private dock in Captiva Island

Ventura Captiva features 10 private homes. Our home overlooks the bay and is a short walk to the gulf side/beach. There is a private dock, pool and outdoor grill. 

The main level features a spacious living/dining room area with cable TV, VCR/DVD and a complete modern kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There's also a washer/dryer and all linens are included.

The master bedroom (king bed)/full bath is on the main floor and opens to a private screened lanai as does the living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own full bath. 

The upper level features a loft for reading or playing games and another full bath and bedroom with 2 twin beds.  Total gross living area is 1424 square feet.

wildlife. Fine restaurants and retail establishments are all within
walking distance. Come relax, charter a boat, fish off our dock, or
lounge at the pool or beach. Bike/Moped/Jet-ski rentals, para-
sailing, sightseeing cruises to out-islands or dolphin watching.
Golf and tennis are also nearby.

$1600/week + tax, Jan 1 - Jan 29
$2100/week + tax, Jan 29 - Apr 16
$1400/week + tax, Apr 16 - Jun 4
$1100/week + tax, Jun 4 - Dec 17
$1900/week + tax, Dec 17 - Dec 31
11% tax added to above rates - $200 refundable deposit (after receipt
of monthly phone bill and cleaning service complete)
2 week minimum rentals. Discounts given for month or more rentals.
