This great five bedroom gulf-front home is located on North Shore Dr. on the north end of Anna Maria Island. It's one of the most pristine sand beaches in all Florida. Bean Point is a guiet residential area. There are no condominiums or high rise buildings. You can walk the streets or ride your bicycles anyware on the island, never having to leave the serenity of island life. 

We discovered Anna Maria forty years ago and started renting homes on the island. Over the years we gradually moving toward the north end of Anna Maria Island.  In 1998 we bought the house  on this property, which  we had rented for eighteen years.  Loving the location, we gutted and  rebuilt the house in 2001. We were fortunate. After traveling around the world, this is still our favorite place.
