South Venice in Venice

This is a great 2 bedroom; 2 bath; house with screened lanai.  Home has only been lived in seasonally the past few years; prior model home.   Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, night stands; TV; the guest bedroom has a bahama bed which sleeps 2; the living room has a sofa; an overstuffed chair that opens into a twin sleeper; dining area has seating for 4 with additional 2 bar stools at the counter.   Living room and guest bedroom also have televisions.

Enjoy waking up and taking a stroll down to the end of the street and take the ferry across the intercoastal to the beach.   The ferry runs sun up to sun down 6 days a week.   Take your cooler, bike; fishing pole if you wish.    Walking distance to theater; and restaurants.    Close to I-75 and numerous shopping areas.

Close to Venice Beach; South Venice Beach and Manasota Beaches.   Venice beaches are know for the shark's teeth in the sand on the beaches; close snorkleing to beaches to find more shark's teeth; Sharkey's Bar and Restaurant right on the beach; many waterfront restaurants; golf courses galore.  All in all, there is something for everone.
