We are located less than 2 miles to Setrock Falls, Roaring Fork Falls, Black Mountain Campground.  Right on 18th tee Mt Mitchell Golf Course. The South Toe River valley is an outstanding trout fishing area with numerous hiking trails and the national forest is across the street. This home is about an hour's drive from Asheville between Marion, Lake Tahoma and Burnsville. Short drive to Mount Mitchell State Park, Lynville Falls, Grandfather Mountain, Chimney Rock, Biltmore Estate, The Penland Crafts/Art Center, Little Switzerland, and Spruce Pine.

Set in a cozy patch of woods, it Overlooks 18th tee -  Mount Mitchell Golf Course -  Rated 4 1/2 stars by Golf Digest one of the best public courses in the mountains, centered on the South Toe River which comes into play on almost every fairway on the back nine.

• Setrock Waterfalls - located at Black Mountain Campground, about 1/2 mile hike, cascading waterfall of over one hundred feet.
• Little Switzerland -- quaint shops, great restuarants
