Vacation Rental Description

Quaint, Cozy and Extremely Cute Cabin. 

    Our two bedroom, one bath home is nestled among the pines in the 
popular Gardner Mountain area of South Lake Tahoe. The house has 
great mountain views and backs to national forest land.  Bike, hike 
or ski on popular mountain trails leading to Emerald Bay, Camp 
Richardson or Fallen Leaf Lake.
    Located 5 miles from casinos, and blocks from the central 
shopping center, this is the perfect family vacation home. We are 
literally minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, 20 minutes from Sierra 
at 
Tahoe Ski Resort, 40 minutes to Kirkwood, and less than an hour from 
Alpine Meadows and Squaw!! After a fun day on the slopes you can  
relax in your private jacuzzi and gaze at the stars from the 
comfortable backyard,deck and fully landscaped yard. We are dog-
friendly, too!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

*2 bedrooms. 1 features a queen bed, the other bedroom has a very 
comfortable pine bunk-bed with a full-sized mattress on the bottom 
and a twin on top. This bedroom also comes complete with its own 
television and cable tv connection. 
*1 bath with bath towels provided.
*Fully stocked kitchen. New microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee 
maker.
** washer and dryer 
*6 person hot tub--NEW THIS YEAR (photo not updated yet)
*cable tv, vcr, cd player.
*books and games
*storage shed for bikes, skis, sleds, etc.
*parking for up to 2 cars.
*rental is for NO MORE THAN 5 people at any time.

Vacation Rental Rates

All rates are subject to 12% Tahoe Occupancy Tax.

2007 $140-$175 per night.
Please call or e-mail for holiday rates.

3 night minimum excluding holidays.
$80 cleaning fee not included.
First night payment to hold reservation balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival.
