Great place to stay

Dear Mouris,

Thank you very much! Your vacation rental worked out great for us. It's the only way we will stay for next year's competition. Hopefully in the exact same unit. No more hotels!

Everything was good inside the property. I followed all instructions about dirty linens and towels, dishes, turning off the heater, locking the balcony, and taking out the garbage from kitchen and bathroom trashcans. We checked in at 6 pm on Thursday and left at 9 am on Monday. And again thank you very much for a great place to stay!

Definitely would stay again, and have recommended

I know Vegas isn't hot all the time, but I wasn't expecting it to be 42 in Vegas and 55 at home in Buffalo...But anyway. The condo was as pictured in the listing, with 2 bedrooms with very large beds, and a futon type couch in the living room to sleep 2 more people. There were 6 of us, so 2 bathrooms was helpful, and we were able to make breakfast in the kitchen in the morning. Technically it is within walking distance to the strip, but it is along a very busy street (Flamingo) and over a highway, so add in the cold weather and we didn't attempt to walk. Instead we walked to Rio (across Flamingo) and caught their shuttle to Harrahs or Bally on the strip, and usually caught cabs back at night. The complex and seemed safe, and the complex is gated with a guard at all times. Owner responded quickly to emails while booking and answered all questions. Definitely would stay again, and have recommended it to friends.
