Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with

receipt of deposit.

Cancellation Policy: Security Deposit becomes Non-Refundable if

cancellation notice is not received 60 days prior to agreed occupancy

date.

Non-refundable pet deposit applies, subject to owner approval.
