This is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath, living room and dining room doublewide trailer, that feels and looks like a house inside, fully furnished with a complete kitchen including STOVE/ OVEN AND MICROWAVE. There are 5 wall unit air conditioners that keep the place ice cold in summer and heaters for the winter months. There is a BBQ and lounging patio with an outside bar, music, party lights, fans and furniture on the front of the place which boasts the fabulous views of the river and the first main sand bar, this is the best view!. 1st Bathroom is standard with tub, shower, 2nd bathroom is toilet and sink only. FUll kitchen....Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Micro, Toaster Oven, Coffee Maker, Blender, Dishes, Pots & Pans, and Utensils are provided. There is NO dishwasher...BRING PAPER PLATES, CUPS, TOLIET PAPER AND SOAP!!!
TV with Direct TV Satellite Stereo / CD player/ IPOD hook up.

Summer Rates: March - October

Weekdays are Sunday- Thursday Weekends are Friday & Saturday
Weekend rate is $700, which is Friday and Saturday night. (2 night minimum)
Week days are $200 a night (2 night minimum)

Holiday Rates $1000/3 Day weekend (3 night minimum) Memorial Day, 4 of July, Labor Day, Holoween.

Winter Rates: November - February

** $350.00 security and damage deposit is required to hold reservation and is refundable shortly after departure if the key is returned and
premises are left in acceptable clean condition. There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee if ANY cleaning required. Additionally a credit card number will be held as a back up should there be damage in excess of the $350.00 deposit… Full payment due 30 days in advance of check in date. Cancellation must be in writing 30 days prior to reservation. This is not a party pad, you will be required to give a list of people staying at the home and your deposit will be forfeited if you have a party or there are complaints from any of my neighbors, this is serious matter! There will also be a caretaker checking in with you.
