This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, living room and dining room doublewide trailer, that feels and looks like a house inside, fully furnished with a limited kitchen, there is one big hot plate skillet, a second hot plate and a microwave (no oven) There are 5 wall unit air conditioners that keep the place ice cold! There is a BBQ and lounging patio with an outside bar, music, party lights, fans and furniture on the front of the place which boasts the fabulous views of the river and the first main sand bar, this is the best view!. Summer Rates: April - October 14th

Weekdays are Sunday- Thursday Weekends are Friday & Saturday
Weekend rate is $400, which is for a total of 2 nights at $400 total cost. (2 night minimum)
Week days are $150 a night (3 night minimum)
Weekly $800 (not holiday weekends)
Monthly $2500
Holiday Rates $800/3 Day weekend (3 night minimum)

Winter Rates: 15th October - March

** $350.00 security deposit required to hold reservation and is
refundable shortly after departure if the key is returned and
premises are left in acceptable clean condition. There will be a $100.00 cleaning fee if any cleaning required. Additionally a credit card number will be held as a back up should there be damage in excess of the $350.00 deposit… Full payment due 30 days in advance of check in date. Cancellation must be in writing 14 days prior to reservation. This is not a party pad, you will be required to give a list of people staying at the home and your deposit will be forfeited if you have a party or there are complaints from any of my neighbors, this is serious matter! There will also be a caretaker checking in with you.
