Come and enjoy this newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo! Both bedrooms open on to the lanai where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a evening glass of wine while looking out at the Resident's Beach! The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and two sinks as well as a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite bathroom as well. There is an eat-in kitchen along with a dining room and a fold-out full size couch in the living room. The Sands of Marco has a beautiful pool and hot tub, tennis courts and a putting and chipping green for the avid golfers! The pool has a grill for residents and guests to enjoy! The Sand of Marco is a short walk across the street to the private Resident's Beach. Monthly rentals only.
