Set on a 90 ft. cliff this waterfront property has a living room with big picture windows and private decking to enjoy the abundant views of the historic Browns Pt.Lighthouse, wildlife and the Puget Sound.

This comfortable two level home is designed as a duplex with completely separate units. The home for rent has 2 bdrms, 1 bth, and a large full kitchen. The living room has a wood-burning brick fireplace for cool evenings & large picture windows with a private deck to enjoy magnificent views of the historic Browns Point Lighthouse, abundant wildlife and the ever-changing Puget Sound. 

Cable TV, DVD and VCR, stereo sound equipment and wireless Internet. Fully
appointed kithchen (silverware,dishes,glasses,pans,etc.). Microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker/grinder and blender. Stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and washer/dryer. All bed linens and bath towels (please bring beach towels and toiletries). Games, cards, puzzles, small library. One bedroom has a queen size beds, and the other has a double bed. Comfortable furnishings that will allow you to feel at home.

At the Lighthouse View enjoy relaxing with a cool beverage and watch the sailboats, tugboats and other seafarers go by on the Sound. The endless views of the Brown's Point Lighthouse with the sound of the fog horn on cool misty days. Bald Eagles frequently perch just 20 yards away from your deck, great for video and photography. Sea lions, Blue Heron, Hummingbirds in the Cherry Blossom trees. Sea Kayaking, golfing, fishing, beachcombing, hiking, sailing, windsurfing all available nearby. Some of the most brilliant sunsets seen and romantic moonlight nights.

Downtown Seattle is just 40 min away with the Space Needle, Pikes Market and all of your major sporting events. The Sound Transit Terminal is 15 min away (for those who don't want to drive into the city). Next to Federal Way and SEATAC Mall, all the hub for great shopping at places like Trader Joes and Target etc. Dash Point State Park and historic Browns Point Lighthouse just down the road for hiking, walks and picnics.

Downtown Tacoma is just 20 minutes away with its many fine restaurants and brew pubs. Lots of wonderful museums including the new Tacoma Art Museum, Kids Museum, and the beautiful Glass Museum (free the 3rd Thurs.of every month). Exciting new cultural events happening every month.
