This is a fully furnished 2nd floor unit with one bedroom, one full bathroom that's ideal for couples, small families or "snowbirds." Marco Villas has a friendly atmosphere where seasonal renters return year after year. Rentals for periods of less than 30 days are only accepted three times per year.

This unit has recently been updated with new furniture (full size sleeper sofa) in living room and queen size bedding in the bedroom. A large heated pool, is on the property for your enjoyment.

Cental Air Conditioning (NO MUSTY WINDOW UNITS ;-), Cable, Wireless Internet, 2 TVs, Cable, 1 VCR, DVD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Cooking utensils provided, Linens provided, Heated Pool, Washing machines and clothes dryers on premises and close to our unit.

Marco Villas 9 ft deep, heated pool is known as the deepest pool on Marco Island. Our Condo Manager enhances the vacation spirit by providing our seasonal guests and residents with her famous pool-side gatherings during the months of January, February and March.

2010 Rates

• May 10 thru Oct 2010 - $1500 Monthly
• Nov 10 thru Dec 2010 - $1900 Monthly

2011 Rates

• January thru March 2011 - $2000 monthly rate only.
• Book early, multi-month discounts are available.

Please Note: Our home is a non-smoking home and no pets are allowed.
In addition all rentals will incur 10% Florida tax plus basic cleaning fee of $50.00. Security Deposit: $200.00 Refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
