Vaction home is available all year round on a monthly basis only (based on 28 days or 4 weeks), (nightly or weekly rental is not available) 

In addition to the rental rate, there is a $200.00 security/reservation deposit required; $75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee and 7.9% taxes on the rental rate 

October through December is $1,600.00 month 

January through May is $1,800.00 month

June, July & August is $1,400.00 month
