This is a really nice house, only available May, 2012 through December, 2012, and from April, 2013 through December, 2013 with all the special things The Villages has to offer. Has a nice view of the golf course and a small lake. Country Club is nearby. Recreation center within walking distance. It's about 5 miles from the Town Center at Sumter Landing. Golf cart provided. Minimun stay is 2 weeks.

vacation rental rates
Minumum rental period of 2 weeks. Only available during the months of June through December, 2010 and after April 1, 2011. Rates are as follows:

June, July, August $1300; September, October, November $1700; November, December $1900; April-May $2000.
$500 security deposit required; $400 refundable if the house is left in good condition; keys returned, no damage.
