Waterfront rental in Hull

Sit on the deck directly in front of Boston Lighthouse or in your master suite and watch the sunrise over Salem or set over the Boston Skyline. The waves will be only feet away. This is not your place if the sound of the ocean is disturbing to you. Seawall is only ten feet behind the house. You can watch the tankers and cruise ships in and out of harbor and the sailboats and motorboats racing around or out fishing right in front of the house. Home has one king bed in Master, two rooms with Queens and one room with twin/full bunk bed. All beds are also brand new. This home was completed four (4) months ago (May 2009). Central A/C, three bathrooms, two with body sprayer showers, master bedroom has chromotheraphy jacuzzi tub. House has four (4) flat screen T.V's. There is a 20 minute ferry to Boston Long Wharf (Marriott/Fanueil Hall) areas located 1.5 miles from house. Nantasket Beach can be reached by walking around the sea wall approximately 400 yards and runs 5 miles long. Great restaurants and entertainment taverns in town as well as arcades if you desire or are bringing kids. Photographs on display were taken while tide was out.  They are as follows: # 1 (view from master bedroom) #2 front of house (Ignore goofy man in picture) # 3 View from living room looking out to ocean, # 4 open kitchen, # 5 downstairs bedroom, # 6 master suite, # 7 upstairs bedroom w/ queen bed and # 8 upstairs bedroom w/ bunk bed. All bedrooms except bunk bed room have flat screen televisions. This house is a weekly rental.  September 1 through May 31 weeks are $2,250.00. June 1 through August 31 rate is $3,000.00 per week. One thousand dollar security deposit required.  This will be returned by mail (postmarked within seven (7) days of your departure. You must sign an agreement that you will pay for additional damages above one thousand dollars if they should occur. Sorry, Absolutely NO Smoking in house and No pets.  House is fully landscaped (Pictures were done before yard was finished). This is a family home. Always someone around the area if you have questions or concerns. 

Terms: Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday. Renters may arrive anytime after 3:00 PM. and must depart no later than 11:00 AM. Twenty percent is required to hold your date.  Cancellations up to 90 days before your rental week commences will be returned in full. Less than 90 days to 60 days 50% returned. Less than 60 days to 45 days 25% returned. Full payment for the rental week due no later than 45 days before rental. Security deposit due within two weeks of rented week. Any cancellations less than 45 days to your scheduled rental date or failure to provide full payment within this same time frame will result in loss of week and 100% loss of down payment as I will have to open up that week for rental.  Failure to provide security deposit within two weeks of rented week will additionally forfeit your deposit and cancel your rental week.  At anytime I am able to secure rent for a week that was cancelled regardless of time frame I will return entire deposit. I am not looking to take folks money as long as it does not cause me loss.

Sheets are supplied.  Central A/C.  Washing machine and Dryer.  Wine cooler. Four (4) Flat screen televisions. Two showers have body sprayers in additional to standard spray capability. Master shower also includes raindrop shower head.  Two baths are jacuzzi.  Master bath/jacuzzi has Chromotheraphy lighting as well. Outside shower. Bunk beds in one room (twin over full). Kitchen has warming oven, two cooking ovens, trash compactor and island sink. Master bedroom has private deck. Living room is appointed with leather couch and hard wood floors. There is a grill on the back deck.

House is on the island side of a penninsula. We face Boston lighthouse and surrounding islands as well as Boston.  There is a 20 minute ferry to Boston available. If you walk around sea wall a few hundred yards you will be at the beginning of Nantasket Beach which spans approximately 5 miles.   Hull has numerous restaurants and plenty of night life, most along the water.  For kids there is a miniature golf course, arcades and of course miles of beach. Surfers can often be seen behind the house so if you have a board bring it along.  If you enjoy fishing for bass/ blues or whatever is running you can do this behind the house as well.   Golf is located 15 minutes away and there are tennis courts and ball fields less than two miles from house. Historic carousel located in town near arcades. Please note sandy beach is around the bend from house as described.  The shore line behind the house is more small rocky coast providing privacy.  Great for exploring for adults and kids alike.
