My home has one of the most beautifully landscaped backyards in Las Vegas. The yard is ideal for sunbathing, swimming in my pool or soaking in the spa under a waterfall or a pool party/ barbaque. A large patio with glass-top tables/ umbrella and a built-in gas barbecue island offers outdoor entertainment at it's best.
You have your choice of dining in the family room in front of the TV, in the formal dining room overlooking the brilliant backyard, or outdoors on the patio. Turn on the pool and spa lights at night and the scene becomes magical.
Convenient to the strip and the airport in a private community, this home has a large master with a king size top of the line Sealy Cloud pillow top mattress, walk in closet and private full size bathroom. The second bedroom has a top of the line queen size temperpedic mattress. The third bedroom has a queeen size pillow top mattress. The fourth bedroom even features a king size top of the line mattress!!
Formal living/dining rooms, sunken den with oversized leather couches and a large kitchen with island. Amenities include High Speed Internet access, Satelite TV with many major movie channels, DVD, large patio, pool hot tub, waterfall, 12 huge palm trees and island style gas barbecue.

vacation rental rates
credit cards are accepted. you can hold your reservation for 50% down with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds are permitted up to 30 days prior to your arrival subject to (less)10% processing fee. Within 30 days there are no refunds but the dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.
There is a $150 cleaning fee and a $200 to $500 security deposit fully refundable with no damage.
