You have your choice of dining in the family room in front of the TV, in the formal dining room overlooking the brilliant backyard, or outdoors on the patio. Turn on the pool and spa lights at night and the scene becomes magical. 

Convenient to the strip and the airport in a private community, this home has a large master king-size bedroom, walk in closet and bath with a queen size temperpedic mattress, second bedroom has a top of the line king size sealy cloud mattress, the third bedroom also has a king size top of the line mattress as well, the fourth bedroom features a queen pillow top. credit cards are accepted. you can hold your reservation for 50% down with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refunds are permitted up to 30 days prior to your arrival as well. Within 30 days there are no refunds but the dates may be rescheduled subject to availability.

There is a $100 cleaning fee and a $500 security deposit fully refundable with no damage.
