This Stunning Custom House is located in a prestige golf course community of Olde Cypress  in a cul de sac and is beautifully nestled in the preserves with private views of the woods. It features desirable southern exposure. It offers a heated swimming pool and a hot spa. There is also an outdoor shower available. It is professionally decorated, designed and furnished. Silk treatments adorn the windows. Kitchen offers cherry wood upper cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It includes a great room, den, formal dinning room, eat in kitchen, office and three bedrooms with three bathrooms, two of the bedrooms have a direct access to the lanai and the heated swimming pool. The whole house is tiled in a neutral Spanish tile. The bedrooms feature luxurious bed spreads with Egyptian cotton bed sheets. The towels are luxurious over sized Lacoste white with heavy terry-cotton. All necessary items for a fabulous stay are accomodated in this stunning house. No detail is too insignificant. The master bedroom has a plasma TV. The 2 story Great room features 42'' plasma TV. One of the guest bedrooms also has a TV. There are four sets of french doors. There are four bicycles available for use and four beach chairs with beach towels and a Tommy Bahama beach bag. The newly tuned baby grand piano is also availble in the den area for your enjoyment. The swimming pool stays at a very comfortable temperature ready for a great swim. Try dimming all lighting and watching a starry heaven from your spa on a clear night with a glass of wine. You won't find an inch of sky that isn't covered by stars due to our preserve location. The fitness center and usage of the Fantastic Olde Cypress Club House available for our guests that stay with us on monthly basis. The Gulf of Mexico only a 7 mile away drive. All of this can be yours if you reserve now. Owners will not be held liable for accidents in the pool, house or area. Even though this is a fabulous family house, children should be supervised at all times.
