Summer and Winter Rental
Winter rental available from September 15 - June 1, 2010 $1,500 per month / utilities not included.
This four bedroom house with 2 bedroom apartment is located .5 miles from the private association beach in the sought after area of Green Hill Beach.
Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from 2nd and 3rd floor decks. Great yard for
children to play. This house is in a quiet residential
community. A parking pass to the private Green Hill Beach
Asociation beach is included with this rental. Although the short
walk is quite nice!
Main House
The first floor interior has a large gathering room style living room, full kitchen, eat-in space with table that seats 12, full bath and bedroom.
The second floor space is very private with large living space, full bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms; one with 2 twin beds and the other large bdroom with queen size bed, full size bed and twin over twin bunk with lots of extra room!
The third floor has a spacious master bedroom suite with king bed, balcony, full bath and large walk-in closet.

Foxwood and Mohegan Sun Casinos and Point Judith Lighthouse just a
short distance away. Visit the specialty and antique stores in the
quaint towns of Watch Hill and Wickford. Plenty of great nearby
restaurants to choose from. There are numerous private and public
golf courses in the area as well. Or just relax by the sea!
