Winter rates:  Dec 1 - Mar 1, 2010 $375/nt weekdays.  $395/nt weekends.

Spring rates:  Mar 2- June 15, 2010 $425/nt weekdays, $450/nt weekends,

Summer rates:  June 16 -Sept. 30, 2010 $450/nt weekdays, $475/nt weekends.

Security deposit $600 to $1,000 is required (depend on the amount of people) to confirm your reservation.  This deposit will be returned after your stay provided the premises and its contents are left as received, and keys returned.

10% tax 

cleaning fee of $150 on all rental.  For longer term rentals, weekly/daily maid service can be provided at an additional charge.
