Damage Deposit:
A fully refundable $200 damage deposit ($500 for monthly stays) is assessed when the full balance is due and refunded after lease expires.

Cleaning Fee is $125.

Payments accepted are cashier checks, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or Paypal accepted.

50% deposit of total due at the time of reservation if greater than 90 days prior to arrival.  The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival or upon reservation if less than 14 days.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation made at least 45 days prior
to reservation arrival date. 50% of deposit is refundable if cancellation made at least 15 days but less than 45 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
