Large outdoor screened porch on second level where there is always a breeze and birds to watch. (Humming birds, egrets, herons, deer, ducks, fox)

Tomatoes in season.  Wireless high speed internet.  4 TVs, lots of games, books, movies and jigsaw puzzles.  Gas insert fire place. Outdoor grill. Stero.  3 medium and 1 huge outdoor open decks.  Washer + dryer, microwave, blender, crab pots, beach chairs and umbrellas, several bikes in mixed repair.

every thing one could want at the beach, but you have to drive to Ocean City to get to a board walk.  But pony, bike, scooter, fishing boat etc rentals all available in town.
