Vacation Rental Description

Beachfront condo at Sunset Fishermen's Resort & Spa.  
One king bedroom with ensuite bath; 1/2 bath in hall and sofa bed in 
living room. 
Living room/dining room combination opens to large balcony with two 
loungers, table and two chairs, with magnificent unobstructed view 
of the beach, pool and the Island of Cozumel in the distance. 
Full kitchen with microwave and breakfast bar. 
Countertops and floors are marble; decor is custom. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Waterfall pool is beachfront with swim-up bar/restaurant.
Tour desk/concierge, exercise facility, jacuzzis and massage on the 
beach, full service spa with massage, aromatherapy, waxing, hair 
services, manicure and pedicure. 
 Water sports, bicycles and car rentals on site.  
 Meal plan can be purchased with two full meals and drinks all day 
for $42 per person. 
Fishermen's is located in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, 
with golf course, tennis courts and great shopping.  
Within walking distance is the ferry to Cozumel and the wonderful 
town of Playa del Carmen with its fantastic shopping, restaurants, 
bars, and music. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
Jan. 6 to April 30:  $1625 
May 1 to Dec. 20:  $1375.
Dec.20 to Jan. 6:   $2500.

These rates include all taxes.
($20 cleaning fee upon departure)
