Hutchinson Island Beach Resort Ocean village in Hutchinson Island

Our condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with an extra sink and dressing
room, living room. Full kitchen with dishes, micro and dishwasher, linens,
full size washer and dryer.INTERNET ALSO. The bedroom has 1 full size
bed and 1 queen bed, a queen sofa bed in the living room with 2 TV's with
cable. NEW FLAT screen t.v. in living area. There is a large bifold door to separate the two rooms. central heat & air, ceiling fans, all linens too. We are on the 2nd floor with a side view of the ocean from the screened in patio.
There is no elevator. Max 4 people, strickly enforced. Tile floor
throughout condo. We don't allow smoking inside the unit. Must be 25
yrs. of age to rent. New range and refridgerator. You must bring
your consumables such as paper towels,toilet paper,ect.We have
INTERNET.

Ocean Village Resort is located on South Hutchinson Island in Fort
Pierce. There are 10 tennis courts, 9 hole, par 3 golf course,
3 pools which are heated in the winter, also a kiddie pool, a
tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room with showers and more. There will be a
restaurant on the premises opening later this year.The resort is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds. We have some tennis equipment, boogie board
and a few golf clubs or you can rent golf clubs and more
through the office. Golfing is free during off season and a $3 green
fee during peak season.

All the attractions are from 15 min. to 2 hours away, such as
Kennedy
Space Center, Seaworld, Disney World, The Manatee Watch Center,
shopping and several other golf courses. There is good fishing,
snorkeling and diving in the area. Visit a Dodger baseball game too.

"Off" season is May 1 TO Nov.30. Rates are $450.00 weekly.
"In" season is Dec.1 TO Apr.30. Rates are $685.00 weekly.
There is a one time maid fee of $65.00. We will give a DISCOUNT for
monthly rentals.
There is a refundable deposit of $200.00 required for renters. A 2
week minimum may be required for certain times of the year. No
trailers, motorcycles, RV's or boat parking available. At least 30
DAYS cancellation notice is required on 1 OR 2 week rentals and 60
DAYS on monthly for return of deposits. Check calendar for
availability. This unit is also for sale for $189,000 by owner.
