Golf,Tennis and Beach Resort!!!! in Hutchinson Island

Our condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath with an extra sink and dressing
room, living room. Full kitchen with dishes, micro and dishwasher, linens,
full size washer and dryer. INTERNET ALSO. The bedroom has 1 full size
bed and 1 queen bed, a queen sofa bed in the living room with 2 TV's with
cable. NEW FLAT screen t.v. in living area.  The other t.v. is in the bedroom with cable also. There is a large bifold door to separate the two rooms. Central heat & air, ceiling fans, all linens too. We are on the 2nd floor with a side view of the ocean from the screened in patio. There is no elevator. Max 4 people, strickly enforced. Tile floor throughout condo. We don't allow smoking inside the unit. Must be 25 yrs. of age to rent. New range and refridgerator. You must bring
your consumables such as paper towels,toilet paper,ect.We have
INTERNET. NO overnite parking of RV's, trailers, marked work vehicles.

Ocean Village Resort is located on South Hutchinson Island in Fort
Pierce. There are 10 tennis courts, 9 hole, par 3 golf course,
3 pools which are heated in the winter, also a kiddie pool, a
tiki bar, hot tub, exercise room with showers and more. There is a
restaurant on the premises.The resort is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds. We have some tennis equipment, boogie board
and a few golf clubs or you can rent golf clubs and more
through the office. Golfing is free during off season and a $3-5 green
fee during peak season.

There is plenty to do inside Ocean Village. Such as fishing, free golfing, relaxing by the pool, tennis or bocce and so much more. Many of the attractions such as The Manatee Watch Center, Dodger Baseball, dive shops whereyou can rent kayaks and bicycles. Kennedy Space Center, Disney World and Sea World and more from 15 min to 2 hrs. away! There is a Saturday morning market in the square just 7 min. away. fresh fruits and veges, artwork, jewelery, clothing and alot more items for sale. Go for a stroll and get breakfast,lunch down at the market. This is a great place for a LADIES week away!!

"Off" season is May 1 TO Nov.30. Rates are $450.00 weekly.
"In" season is Dec.1 TO Apr.30. Rates are $685.00 weekly.
There is a one time maid fee of $65.00. We will give a DISCOUNT for
monthly rentals. The month of Dec. is $1600. Looking for a Jan, Feb and March renter for 2012. ALL 3 MONTHS for only $6700.There is a refundable deposit of $200.00 required for renters. A 2 week minimum may be required for certain times of the year. Notrailers, motorcycles, RV's or boat parking available. At least 30 DAYS cancellation notice is required on 1 OR 2 week rentals and 60
DAYS on monthly for return of deposits. Check calendar for
