 The condo is wired with high speed internet service, local telephone and cable TV.  There is a brand new  full size washer dryer in the unit and all linens and towels are there.  The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances large and small, as well as dishes, glasses and utensils. You have the option of using the central air conditioning , the three ceiling fans or both.  The condo has two televisions and a stereo system.  Also included is an alarm clock, ironing board, iron and vacuum.  One covered parking space is assigned to the unit with ample unassigned parking close by.   Just unpack and make yourself at home.

Within the community grounds enjoy the heated pool, walking and biking paths.  Grills are availble nearby for barbeques. Farmington Vistas has an  active homeowners associations which offers a wide variety of social gatherings and events during the season.  Club membership is not included in this rental , however there are numerous public courses close by.  Venice offers a variety of activities from shopping in the Historic Downtown area to trying your hand at the Ringling Trapeze School (for the adventurous type).  The Venice YMCA offers weekly, monthly and seasonal memberships. The Gulf beaches are minutes away by car.
