This home has no carpet. All hardwood, and beautiful travertine tiles.
On a great water well. No need for bottled water! Eco friendly. We use
earth friendly cleaners. Real cotton bedding. Down comforters, 2 fireplaces
Beautiful new 600 sq ft. wrap around deck. Great Game Room, with darts
air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. Duel BBQ, charcoal, and propane.

Oakhurst is the last real town before the south entrance of Yosemite.
A great community, with grocery stores, drug stores, fast food, and quaint
eateries.
The home is about a 20 min. drive to the Mariposa Giant Grove, and or the south entrance. 7 miles to Bass Lake for all the water sports. About 1 hr. to Badger Pass ski resort, or 20 mins. to the snow play area.
The Casino is about 20 mins. south. Or all the shopping, movies, bowling in town is about 10 mins.
Miles of ATV trails are about 15 mins. away at Miami Trails
