This 3,300sf home has a main house (3,000sf) and a attached casita (300sf) with full bath/kitchen sink/mini fridge and microwave. The main house consists of a master bedroom (King bed), 2nd Bedroom (Queen Bed), 3rd bedroom (twin over full bunkbeds), 4th bedroom (full bed, twin trundle), 5th bedroom (Casita-Queen murphy bed). There is a formal dining area, living room, breakfast nook, and gourmet kitchen (2 ovens, 5 burner gas cooktop and 2 refrigerators.)

The master suite bathroom has two raised height sinks, oversized jacuzzi tub, snail shower with dual heads and a walk in closet to die for.

Sitting on almost a half acre, the backyard is a park in itself. The patio is extended the length of the home with surround sound and ceiling fans. An additional cover pergola shade structure and grill are present.
