Charming Wolfeboro waterfront cottage.  Wolfeboro center is less than 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes grocery shopping by boat. Enjoy an evening cruise by boat to one of 3 local restaurants that have docks. Beach area and dock for up to 20ft boat and use of Sunfish, 3 very nice kayaks & canoe. Life vests and paddles included.  Great fishing, lots of fun for kids. Launching ramp and trailer parking nearby. Large yard with lawn with great fire pit for evening campfires. Wonderful bike path that leads to beach and tennis courts just across the bay. Choice of 3 local beaches. In the Fall and Winter the private hot tub is open for use. In Winter snowmobile or cross country ski right from the front door. Ski slopes and fabulous outlet shopping 45 minutes in North Conway where you can use our membership to indoor pool & jacuzzi.

Cottage is fully equipped with all you could need.  There is a screened in porch and 33ft large deck with outdoor shower enclosed shower (for use during warmer months).  Gazebo on deck outdoor dining. 

Deck also has screened in porch and gazebo area.  Large lawn area with campfire area and large double hammock. Two bicycles as well as bocce and other lawn games.  Hot tub for use during colder months (Nov to Mar).

There are three bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full and 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds.  Cable TV and high speed internet access. 2 bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy: Greater than 60 days prior to arrival full refund less $100 admin fee. Less than 60 days prior to arrival full refund if dates rebooked, less $100 admin fee & less any discounts given to rebook the cancelled dates.
