Charming Wolfeboro waterfront cottage in the heart of antique boat land. In the summer watch the gorgeous wooden boats cruise by or the Wolfeboro water ski team jump and slalom in the bay. Wolfeboro center is less than 5 minutes walk or 2 minutes grocery shopping by boat. Enjoy an evening cruise by boat to one of 3 local restaurants that have docks. Dock for up to 20ft boat and use of Sunfish, 3 very nice kayaks & canoe. Great fishing, lots of fun for kids. Launching ramp and trailer parking nearby. Large yard with lawn with great fire pit for evening campfires. Wonderful bike path that leads to beach and tennis courts just across the bay. Choice of 3 local beaches. In the Fall and Winter the private hot tub is open for use. In Winter snowmobile or cross country ski right from the front door. Ski slopes and fabulous outlet shopping 45 minutes in North Conway where you can use our membership to indoor pool & jacuzzi.

 Cottage is fully eqipped with all you could need.  There is a screened in porch and large deck with outdoor shower cubicle (for use during warmer months).  Hot tub for use duirng colder months.  Deck also has screened in gazebo area.  Large lawn area with campfire area and large double hammock. 

There are three bedrooms: 1 queen, 1 full and 1 bedroom with 2 full size beds.  Cable TV and high speed internet access. 2 bathrooms.
